Arizona Republic reports on the grand opening of Pita Delight in Chandler, Arizona - the first kosher eatery in Arizona's Southeast Valley. The new dairy establishment, under the supervision of the
Greater Phoenix Va'ad Hakashruth, serves soups, sandwiches, salads, tilapia, pizza, french fries, desserts and appetizers including hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush, avocado salad and Israeli eggplant salad.
